Cockrill Chapter

In 1779, Ann Robertson Cockrill arrived at Fort Nashborough and quickly began teaching school and Bible classes. The Cockrill Chapter recognizes her community service and the role she played in building a brighter future for Nashville residents. More than 200 years later, the members of the chapter continue Ann’s dedication to the community through generous annual gifts of $5,000 and more.
