United Way of Metropolitan Nashville is excited to introduce new technology that will allow agencies to access donor designation information online.
AgencyLink is a Web-based solution that will allow you to access and download detailed information about gifts designated to your agency through the United Way of Metropolitan Nashville campaign. You can easily obtain the latest totals designated to your organization and then use that information to acknowledge those gifts and thank those donors. And during the year, AgencyLink will allow you to view summary information as those gifts are collected and disbursed to your agency.
This new technology is part of United Way of Metropolitan Nashville’s continuing efforts to reduce administrative costs while still providing a high level of service to organizations receiving designated contributions in our campaign. AgencyLink will provide the same information you received in the donor designation reports that were previously mailed during and after the campaign, plus you will be able to download the details and sort them as you wish. The information will be updated weekly, so you can get an up-to-date report at any time.
Please note: We no longer produce paper copies of donor designation reports. AgencyLink is your source for campaign designation information.
United Way will also provide training opportunities if you would like to enhance your experience with AgencyLink. We’re looking forward to this new technology that will allow all of us to operate more efficiently and to focus more of our resources on what matters in our communities.
